Wellness Wednesday Chair Yoga Mindfulness & Meditation

Navigating through the change in work pace & environment has definitely been a challenge for us active event professionals, and not to mention the added stress of finances, "pivoting" and succeeding in this new environment.

Time to sit back, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and enjoy 45 minutes of "you" time with the new ILEA Toronto Wellness Series.  

Join us and Ashley Burton, proud affiliate owner for PYC at Work for 45 minutes during your lunch break and tune in to our Wellness Webinar for:
  1. A 5 minute meditation where you will learn the difference between thinking and being present, and how to cultivate more presence in your professional and personal lives. 
  2. A 35 minute chair yoga class right where you are (you don't need sweatpants, a yoga mat or blocks - your chair and a water ball will be just fine) . We promise your mood will be lifted and you will create overall vitality & space in your body. 
  3. 2 to 5 minutes of deep rest
We will end with some "stressfree" corporate workspace tips, yoga group sharing and how to stay connected moving forward.

Some Exciting Highlights about our Wellness Series Yoga Instructor: Ashley Burton
Ashley is the Founder of Yoga to You and proud affiliate owner of PYC at Work. She has been teaching yoga since 2010 completing her first 200 hr teacher training with Power Yoga Canada (PYC). She also has worked with Baron Baptiste from the Baptiste Institue completing Level 1 teacher training in Sedona Arizona. Level 2 teacher training in Catskills New York with Paige Elenson and Level 3 teacher training with Baron Baptiste.

Ashley is a key note speaker at the Human Resources Professional Association and the Workplace Safety Partner in Prevention since 2017.

PYC at Work/Yoga to You has been in business since 2015 years focusing on wellness in the workplace boosting mental and physical health in employees and group. Companies who invest in our program see staff using less sick days, have more loyalty with the company and use less benefits. Each leader from PYC at Work has a minimum of 200hr certified training as well as CPR and has completed the 25hr corporate private training.
